That’s a great question! After your initial consultation, we will be able to point you in the direction of a package that will work best for you based on your specific hopes, dreams, and desires. Every couple and wedding is different, and our mission is to see you have just what you need!

Want to plan your day but stressed about how it will all come together? We’ll be there for the 8 weeks leading up to your big day to make sure you are ready to celebrate!

What can I expect?
Here’s the scoop…
As your big day approaches, you may realize that you need an extra set of hands (or two!) to execute the plans you’ve spent hours pulling together. Even though your mom or other family member may be willing to help, we all know how important it is for them to fully experience this day with you, taking in the moment front and center, not from the side of the room as they prep for the next thing on the itinerary. By allowing us to coordinate your wedding, we will work with your vendors in the final weeks leading up to your big day to establish timelines, finalize the floor plan, and make sure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. Let us focus on those pesky “other details” for your rehearsal and wedding day, so you and your loved ones can spend time smiling, looking good, and creating memories – not orchestrating them!
1Once you inquire, we will schedule a call with Lauren, the owner and lead planner. Once you decide to book, you’ll be sent the contract, and asked to pay a 40% retainer. After that, you’re officially a Spring Lane couple!
2Approximately twelve weeks prior to your wedding, we will begin working together in detail. Through various meetings and a venue walk through, together we will discuss all the major aspects to coordinating your perfect day! We’ll even liaise with your vendors for the 30 days before your wedding and send all timeline details to your VIPs.
3We make sure your rehearsal runs smoothly and make sure everyone knows when to do what. On your wedding day we are right by your side! From meeting your vendors and keeping everyone on schedule, to setup and tear down, we are there for up to 12 hours with two assistants to allow you and your family to soak it all in!

If you are puzzled by the process of making your vision come to life, this package is for you! Wedding planning is filled with lots of decisions, questions and unknowns, and you may be concerned that the excitement of your upcoming marriage is about to be overshadowed by the stress of not knowing what to do or how to do it. With a custom take on planning you’ll be able to decide which services will be most helpful to you throughout the planning process. We will offer recommendations, help you book your vendors, answer your questions, and provide valuable insight throughout the decision making process. Together we will find the best path forward and make sure every aspect is perfect without adding stress and responsibilities to you or your loved ones. You can breathe easy as we make planning your big day feel like a breeze!
What can I expect?

2We become your right hand man (besides the groom, of course)! With six planning meetings, you gain assistance with whatever you need – budget, vendor selection, décor recommendations, timeline, etc. You’ll be stress-free with us as your go-to for all your wedding questions!
3When it’s time to rehearse we manage the preparation and make sure everyone knows when to do what. On your wedding day, we are there for up to 13 hours with two assistants to execute the timeline, solve pop up problems, greet your vendors and set up and tear down. Your loved ones will be able to make memories, not plan them!

Now that you’re working on planning your wedding, you know you want to have someone in your corner on your big day. From developing a timeline for the day to finalizing your floorplan, you know you there’s a lot that needs to come together in the final weeks and days leading up to your wedding. We’ll be there to roll up our sleeves and make sure your wedding day is everything you imagined. From greeting your vendors, to distributing your flowers and setting up your décor, we’ll be there to bring your vision to life!
What can I expect?

2Approximately eight weeks prior to your wedding, we will begin working together. We will visit your venue together, discuss timeline, reception set up, and all the sweet details that make your day – your day!
3We walk you through the rehearsal and make sure everyone knows when to do what. When your big day finally arrives, it’s game time! From meeting your vendors and keeping everyone on schedule, to setup and tear down, we are there for up to 12 hours.
