- Recommended vendor list & additional guides
- Execution of wedding day timeline
- Problem solving throughout the day
- Greeting and assisting wedding vendors during set up and throughout the event
- Set up and tear down assistance with décor items, such as table numbers, place cards, menus, guest favors, guest book and signage.
- Distribution of flowers to wedding party, ushers & family (handing out bouquets, pinning boutonnieres, helping with corsages, etc.)
- Welcoming guests and offering direction during transitional points throughout the day
- Assist wedding photographer as needed with photo list, holding bouquet, adjusting wedding dress, etc.
- Attending to the wedding couple by bringing food and drink throughout the cocktail hour and reception

Our vendor friends compliment how easy it is to work with our team and the level of clear communication we provide. It's important to us that the planning process and wedding day are both beautiful and enjoyable - which means we prioritize the relationships we have with other vendors to make your day the best it can be and are intentional to make sure everyone is on the same page.
We also truly care about you and work diligently behind the scenes so you can enjoy every moment! Hospitality is the name of our game, and we want to make sure you feel like a guest at your own party!
We serve the south central Pennsylvania region, which includes (but isn't limited to) Chambersburg, York, Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, Hershey & Lancaster. We stay within a 1.5 hour radius of Boiling Springs, PA.
No, we do not. We prefer to focus on one couple per weekend so we can give you our dedicated attention and best service.
We know your wedding celebration is one to be remembered, and we would love to guide you through planning your welcome party as well. Feel free to discuss this during our consult call and request a custom quote for these services.
