Rachel & Jeff’s Wedding Day at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion

Rachel & Jeff’s wedding at The Willows at Ashcombe was nothing short of unforgettable. We worked to create a customized planning package to best meet their planning needs and work alongside them to design a day that reflected their story, personalities, and the moments that mattered most to them. Soft pastels, blues and butter yellows set the tone for a day that felt fresh and natural. From curating a thoughtful rain plan to meticulously coordinating their timeline and design recommendations, every detail was intentionally crafted to create a seamless, stunning experience for the couple and their guests.

One of the sweetest parts of the day came during Rachel’s vows, where she read from an old journal entry—one where she had accurately predicted, just months into dating, that she and Jeff would marry, own four dogs, and build a beautiful life together. Their personalities played out in every little detail, from cutouts of their dogs tucked under each place setting to cocktails named after their beloved pets. Guests enjoyed an array of appetizer stations inspired by the couple’s favorite travels, making their reception feel personal. And if that wasn’t enough to leave everyone in awe, Jeff’s perfectly executed backflip during their choreographed first dance certainly did! With a band, a live painter capturing the magic in real time, twinkle light installations, soft draping, and inviting lounge spaces, the evening was a celebration of a couple who truly made their wedding their own.
